Sessions are conducted in person or online by Zoom.

Payment is due at the time of service and may be made by e-transfer, international money transfer, cash or cheque.

Services are covered by most Canadian employee benefit plans.  Contact your insurance provider for information regarding your personal coverage with a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor.  

 

Receipts available electronically upon request.

 

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least
24 hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 24 hours or do not show up for your
appointment you may be  charged 50% of the session rate.

Emergencies:

If you require immediate assistance please call 911 or the appropriate number in your country or visit your local
hospital emergency department.
